Hyderabad, Sept. 28 — 15-to-1 outsider Racing Ruler, ridden by Kuldeep Singh Sr., beat favourite Love All to take the Dr. Harish Chandra Memorial Trophy on Monday, the feature race of the card. The result came at the Hyderabad racecourse on Sept. 28, with Racing Ruler trained by K.S.V. Prasad Raju.
