Roman Reigns, Solo Sikoa and Rey Fenix among names confirmed for WWE Raw in Buffalo on August 17, 2026

Roman Reigns, Solo Sikoa, Rey Fenix and other WWE performers have been confirmed for the August 17, 2026 edition of Monday Night Raw, which will air live from the KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York. The episode will continue the tournament to determine the challenger for Reigns on the September 14 edition of Raw in Mexico City.

World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns is set to return to programming this Monday after being absent from television last week, with the Bloodline storyline again prominent on the card. Solo Sikoa, who lost to Jey Uso last week, will be affected by the prior stipulation. As announced, Jey Uso will deliver Solo Sikoa to Reigns on the August 17 episode of Raw.

The tournament to decide Reigns’ next challenger resumes on the Buffalo show with Rey Fenix facing El Fiscal in the first matchup and Dragon Lee meeting El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. in the other. The winners of those bouts will move into the semifinals. Those semifinal places will be joined by two previously qualified entrants.

Penta and La Parka have already secured spots in the tournament’s later rounds, having qualified last week on Raw and on AAA respectively. Their progression was confirmed in the build-up to the Buffalo card and they await the winners from the August 17 matches.

The August 17 episode will also serve as the immediate follow-up to recent Bloodline developments on Raw, with Reigns’ return and the Jey Uso–Solo Sikoa stipulation expected to be central segments during the broadcast. The show’s creative direction places those storyline pieces alongside the ongoing tournament matches.

WWE has also scheduled Sunday Night’s Main Event for Sunday, September 6, 2026 at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, and the company has stated this will be its first-ever Sunday Night’s Main Event. Separately, Money in the Bank is set for October 10, 2026 at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.

The August 17 Raw in Buffalo will therefore advance the tournament that determines the challenger for Reigns on the September 14 Raw in Mexico City, while WWE’s calendar also includes the confirmed September 6 Sunday Night’s Main Event in Atlanta and the October 10 Money in the Bank in New Orleans.
