Sahibzada Farhan named Pakistan T20I captain; Salman Ali Agha dropped from T20Is

Pakistan's Asian Games captain Sahibzada Farhan has been named the country's new T20I skipper for the three-match series against Sri Lanka at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium beginning October 9.

Former captain Salman Ali Agha has been omitted from the T20I setup but will retain his place in the ODI lineup.

The three T20Is will be hosted at Rawalpindi over consecutive days, and Shaheen Shah Afridi will continue leading Pakistan in the upcoming trilateral ODI series.
