Stefan Milicevic, a Serbian tennis player, has been handed a 24-year suspension by the International Tennis Integrity Authority and is barred from the sport until October 2050; the decision was published on 15 October 2026.

Milicevic, 29, competed largely on the lower-tier ITF Tour and played in 22 professional tournaments between 2013 and 2023; he reached a career-high world ranking of 1,338th in 2014.

The ITIA charged Milicevic with fixing six matches, including five in which he was a participant, and with attempting to fix a further six matches between 2022 and 2024. The authority also charged him with recruiting or attempting to recruit multiple professional players "as part of a corrupt network", and said players he recruited have been accused of fixing matches.

The ITIA said Milicevic "did not engage" in the investigation despite seven separate attempts by the independent organisation to contact him, and it noted his lack of co-operation as a factor in the severity of the sanction.

Alongside the 24-year suspension, Milicevic was fined £53,000 and cannot take part in the sport until the ban expires in October 2050.

While suspended, he is prohibited from playing in, coaching at, or attending any events organised or sanctioned by World Tennis, the WTA, the ATP, the Grand Slams, or any national association.

In a related case, the ITIA banned French player Quentin Folliot for 20 years in December after finding he was a central figure in a network of players operating on behalf of a match-fixing syndicate; Folliot reached a career-high ranking of 488 in 2022 and denied charges relating to 11 matches between 2022 and 2024, including eight he played in, but at a hearing 27 of the 30 charges against him, relating to 10 of the 11 matches, were upheld.

Milicevic will remain excluded from all covered tennis activity until October 2050, when he will be 53 years old.
