Spain call up Lamine Yamal and Jacobo Ramon for November Nations League matches

Luis De La Fuente named Spain’s squad for UEFA Nations League matches against Czechia on Thursday, November 12, and England on Sunday, November 15; 21-year-old Como centre-back Jacobo Ramon received his first senior call-up and Barcelona forward Lamine Yamal was included.
Ramon is the only player in the group based in Serie A. Real Madrid representatives Marc Cucurella and Dean Huijsen are part of the roster, with Huijsen returning to the national fold after missing the World Cup following a strong start to the new season under manager Jose Mourinho’s guidance. De La Fuente selected up to five Barcelona players — goalkeeper Joan Garcia, defender Pau Cubarsi, and midfielders Pedri and Fermin Lopez alongside Yamal. Spain captain Rodri will be out for over a month due to an injury sustained during the team’s most recent match against Aston Villa.
The Spanish federation posted the full list on social media, tweeting: "Convocatoria de la @SEFutbol para enfrentarse a República Checa e Inglaterra.👥 Estos son los 27 jugadores: https://t.co/1feBcfoccw#VamosEspaña | #NationsLeague pic.twitter.com/bkDZjp9l94"
