Sports Ministry: Hockey India dispute 'not something that can't be resolved'

The Sports Ministry said it is hopeful of settling internal conflicts within Hockey India after a meeting was convened to address the issues.

Ministry officials said they prefer a harmonious agreement before taking direct measures.

Disagreements persist between Hockey India president Dilip Tirkey and secretary general Bhola Nath Singh, and the meeting discussed issues including a change in jersey color.

The ministry had previously engaged with Hockey India's leadership to ensure the sustainability of the league.
