Superstars confirmed for WWE SmackDown (October 23, 2026) include Alexa Bliss, Blake Monroe, Cody Rhodes

Friday Night SmackDown will return to the Toyota Arena in Ontario, California on October 23, 2026, with a confirmed list of superstars that includes Alexa Bliss, Blake Monroe and Cody Rhodes. The announced card features title defenses, a Street Fight and a post-television dark match for a World Tag Team Championship.

The blue brand is advancing storylines ahead of the Crown Jewel 2026 PLE while building rivalries on this episode. Alexa Bliss and Tatum Paxley will defend the Women’s Tag Team Championships for the first time against Michin and B-Fab, who are associated with Jade Cargill’s Baddies and earned the opportunity after recent confrontations. Bliss and Paxley captured the titles from Fatal Influence earlier this month. SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis has sanctioned a Street Fight between Giulia and Blake Monroe after Monroe defeated Giulia in their first official match and the animosity between them continued.

Bron Breakker and Austin Theory are scheduled to defend the World Tag Team Championship against LA Knight and Solo Sikoa in a dark match at the Toyota Arena; the bout will take place after the televised October 23 episode as a dark match for the live audience. Sikoa’s recent addition to the Bloodline is noted in the event listing, and he will team with LA Knight to challenge The Vision’s champions for the gold, which will be a dark match.

The show will also include a tag team clash between MFT and Bakusai; MFT are identified as the reigning WWE Tag Team Champions, but their titles will not be on the line in that match. That booking separates a non-title encounter for the champions from the advertised championship defense later in the evening.

Several other prominent names are listed among the featured Superstars for the October 23 episode, including Cody Rhodes, CM Punk, Jade Cargill, Tiffany Stratton, Gunther and Trick Williams. Those additions expand the roster advertised for the Toyota Arena show beyond the matches already announced.
