The Team India coach commented on a heated on-field exchange between batter Yashasvi Jaiswal and Sri Lankan pacer Fernando after Fernando dismissed Jaiswal, who was on 45, in the 17th over.
Fernando gave Jaiswal an animated send-off and appeared to exchange words; Jaiswal initially walked away but then turned back toward Fernando, and the two players came close with their helmets almost touching.
The Team India coach said, 'Yashasvi Jaiswal shouldn't have gone so close'.
