The Leader and Larissa pleased when the horses were exercised in Bengaluru on Tuesday morning (Sept. 22). Gordon, Unforgettable Star, Tipped Off and Once You Go Black worked over 600m, while Regal Aristocracy and several others completed 1,200m clockings and inner-sand gate practice.

The exercise schedule featured timed 600m and 1,200m gallops and gate practice on the inner sand, with clockings recorded for each runner. Over 600m, Gordon (rb) recorded 47.5 and was described as "Easy." Unforgettable Star (rb) posted 48.5 and "Moved on the bit." Tipped Off (D. Patel) covered the distance in 47.5 and was "In fine trim." Once You Go Black (D. Patel) returned a 46.5 and "Moved freely."

In the 1200m section, Regal Aristocracy (D. Patel) was timed 1-32, 1,000/1-16, 600/45 and was reported to have "Moved well." Gate practice on the inner sand over 1200m included Cyrus The Great (B. Paswan) and Aquamatic (Asirvatham) with a 1-26, (1,200-600) 43; the former finished four lengths ahead.

The Leader (B. Paswan), D Fronx (Salman) returned 1-22.5, (1,200-600) 43 and the report notes the "Former showed out." Larissa (Asirvatham) recorded 1-25.5, (1,200-600) 43.5 and was described as "Impressed."

Absolute Thunder (rb) and Speed Company (Salman) recorded 1-36, (1,200-600) 1-36, (1,200-600) 47 in their work and "They jumped out well."
