CD Projekt Red’s The Witcher 3 Remastered is scheduled to arrive on September 29, 2026, with the update becoming available in India at 3:30 PM IST that day.

The remaster is presented as an updated edition of CD Projekt Red’s acclaimed role-playing game and will include enhanced visuals, gameplay improvements and several quality-of-life upgrades. The release is described as modernizing the experience while keeping the core gameplay largely unchanged. Fans have been anticipating a refreshed outing with Geralt of Rivia ahead of the launch.

The remastered release will not go live simultaneously at midnight worldwide; launch timings will differ by region. This staggered rollout mirrors the approach used for many recent major releases. Specific regional windows were referenced in the coverage of the launch schedule.

Existing owners of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt on supported next-generation platforms can download the remastered update for free.
