TNA Impact (August 13): Nic Nemeth to defend World title against Jeff Hardy

TNA Impact returns on Thursday, August 13 with TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth defending the title against Jeff Hardy on the August 13 edition, airing at 9 PM ET on AMC and AMC+. The show will also stage the opening semi-final of the Knockouts Television title tournament as Indi Hartwell meets M By Elegance.

After a contract signing last week set up the World title match, TNA has booked multiple tournament and grudge matches for the August 13 episode. The winner of the Hartwell–M By Elegance semi-final will advance to the Knockouts Television title final to face the victor of the second semi-final between Heather By Elegance and Jada Stone. The semi-finals kick off Thursday as part of the weekly broadcast slate.

Order 4’s Mustafa Ali, Agent Zero and John Skyler are slated to take on Rich Swann, BDE and a partner of their choosing in a trios contest. Swann and Brandon Edwards will be prohibited from selecting Jason Hotch as their partner, with the promotion stating Ali has something 'special' for Hotch at Lockdown.

Moose is scheduled to deliver The Face of The Franchise’s Speech on the show, and Ricky Sosa will face Bryan Myers of the System in a singles match. Those segments are listed among the weekly features alongside the tournament semi-final.

KC Navarro will continue his program with The System when he meets the group’s leader Eddie Edwards in singles action on Thursday. That pairing continues the storyline between Navarro and The System that has been built into recent Impact programming.

TNA Impact airs at 9 PM ET on AMC and AMC+ in the United States and is available globally on TNA+. Canadian viewers can watch at 8 PM ET on Sportsnet 360. In India the show is scheduled for Friday at 6:30 AM IST on Euro Sports Network and TNA+, while viewers in the UK and Ireland can catch it on DAZN and TNA+ at 2 AM BST on Friday.

The August 13 episode will determine one finalist in the Knockouts Television title tournament when the winner of Indi Hartwell vs M By Elegance advances to face the winner of Heather By Elegance vs Jada Stone in the tournament final.
