Verstappen on pole at Singapore Grand Prix; race to start 1pm BST

Verstappen took pole position after the sprint at the Singapore Grand Prix at the Marina Bay Street Circuit, with the race scheduled to start at 1pm BST.

DanielZak Brown of McLaren confirms he has had a stern one with his drivers after they went in each other's way yesterday. "I didn't say please," he laughs. "It's an order."

The race comprises 62 laps and the relatively long track means it'll last roundabout two hours. It's hot, too, meaning a proper physical struggle for our drivers.
