West Ham complete three-year signing of Manor Solomon from Tottenham

West Ham have completed the signing of winger Manor Solomon from Tottenham on a three-year contract, the club announced on 10 August 2026. The move makes the Israel international a West Ham player ahead of the club's campaign after relegation.

The Championship club did not disclose the fee, but the Hammers are understood to have paid about £5m to make Solomon their third permanent signing of the summer. Solomon, 27, has signed for West Ham as they prepare for their first season outside the top flight since 2011-12.

Manor Solomon scored twice in 16 Serie A appearances for Fiorentina last season and made 19 appearances for the Italian side while on loan. He also spent time on loan at Leeds United and Spanish club Villarreal after joining Spurs in 2023.

"I know West Ham have a rich history both in the Premier League and in Europe," said Solomon. He will wear the number 10 shirt for West Ham. "It's a club that won a European trophy just three years ago, and I think this is where the club should be, and I'm here to help the club and to be where it belongs."

"Of course, our first task is to get promoted, to go back to the Premier League," Solomon added. He has been capped 49 times by Israel.

Solomon won three titles during his time in Ukraine with Shakhtar Donetsk before a loan move to Fulham and also helped Leeds win the Championship in 2024-25. He follows Venezuela midfielder Keiber Lamadrid and former Netherlands defender Joel Veltman in joining West Ham this summer.

West Ham have sold winger Crysencio Summerville to Al-Hilal and midfielder Mateus Fernandes to Tottenham, among others, after their relegation. Solomon's arrival is the latest piece of the club's summer transfer activity as they assemble a squad for the season ahead.
