WWE has announced the matches confirmed so far for Money in the Bank 2026, which is scheduled for Saturday, October 10 at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. The card currently includes Roman Reigns defending the World Heavyweight Championship against LA Knight and the opening qualifiers for the men’s and women’s Money in the Bank ladder matches.

The pay-per-view returns after a long break following SummerSlam in early August and was originally slated for Sunday, September 6. The 2026 edition will feature performers from both Raw and SmackDown and is the first Money in the Bank event to be staged in October and the first held after SummerSlam. The show centers on two multi-competitor ladder matches in which winners retrieve a briefcase containing a contract that guarantees a championship match at any time during the following year. Triple-threat qualifying matches to determine the ladder-match participants began on the September 7 edition of Monday Night Raw.

Those qualifying matches kicked off on the September 7 episode of Raw at the Legacy Arena at the BJCC in Birmingham, Alabama. WWE has used triple-threat matches on Raw to fill the fields for both the men’s and women’s ladder contests. The remaining places in each ladder match are to be decided in further qualifying bouts scheduled in the weeks ahead of Money in the Bank.

In the men’s Money in the Bank ladder match, Bron Breakker was the first competitor to secure a spot. Je’Von Evans earned his place on the September 14 edition of Raw. Four openings in the men’s ladder match remain to be filled ahead of the October event.

On the women’s side, Sol Ruca became the first qualifier for the ladder match. Lola Vice claimed the second spot on the September 14 Raw, recording her first victory on the main roster to do so. Four positions are still available in the women’s ladder match.

Roman Reigns retained the World Heavyweight Championship by defeating Penta in the main event in Mexico City. After the broadcast went off the air, a digital-exclusive segment showed LA Knight confronting Reigns and taking him down with a BFT; Reigns later posted a promo on his X handle announcing the title match for Money in the Bank and saying, “I’m sick and tired of it, all these beggars. You want it? If he wants it, he can get it, Money in the Bank! New Orleans! Down south, I’m gonna whoop his bi*ch a*s!” He added, "I’ll see your bitchass at #MITB."

U.S. viewers can watch Money in the Bank on ESPN, while international audiences can access the show on Netflix (excluding select markets). This article will be updated as WWE announces additional matches and qualifiers in the weeks leading up to the October 10 event, and the remaining ladder-match participants will be determined in those upcoming qualifying matches.
