WWE confirms SmackDown lineup for August 7 in Philadelphia after SummerSlam 2026

WWE has confirmed the roster for Friday Night SmackDown on August 7 at the Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia following last weekend’s two-night SummerSlam 2026, with Cody Rhodes, Jade Cargill, Tiffany Stratton, CM Punk, Gunther and Trick Williams listed among the featured superstars. A grudge match between Charlotte Flair and Jade Cargill has been announced for the show.

SummerSlam 2026 concluded over two nights last weekend. In the co-main event of Night 1, Randy Orton returned to attack Cody Rhodes and cost him the Undisputed title match against CM Punk. Baron Corbin defeated Trick Williams to become the new United States Champion, and Chelsea Green won the ladder match to capture the Interim WWE Women’s Champion while reigning Champion Rhea Ripley remains out of action due to a knee injury.

WWE has billed the August 7 SmackDown as the fallout show addressing the post–SummerSlam developments, with the programme airing live from the Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The confirmed featured names include Cody Rhodes, Jade Cargill, Tiffany Stratton, CM Punk, Gunther and Trick Williams.

A one-on-one match between Charlotte Flair and Jade Cargill is official after Flair sought retribution for a prior attack on her tag partner, Alexa Bliss. The announcement follows a sequence of confrontations in which Flair and Cargill brawled during last week’s show and again during the ladder match at SummerSlam.

Following the most recent brawl, Flair told acting GM Adam Pearce in a WWE social media exclusive that she wants to take on Jade in a one-on-one match, and Pearce made the match official for the August 7 show.
