WWE staged live events at the Neal S. Blaisdell Arena in Honolulu on October 16-17, 2026, and held in-person tryouts during the visit. A broad cross-section of the roster appeared across the two nights, including Oba Femi, Bron Breakker, Liv Morgan, The Usos, Bayley and several other signed talents.

In a recent interview Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns said he does not see a regular schedule of WWE house shows as necessary at this stage of his career. On Club Shay Shay, the OTC explained that the company’s lucrative television-rights agreements have changed the business model, making frequent non-televised appearances less attractive for top stars. WWE had limited non-televised house matches in 2025, but has since renewed investment in live shows, social media and video streaming platforms that provide fans glimpses of wrestlers’ activities on off days, generating renewed interest in non-televised events.

The October 16-17 dates marked WWE’s return to Hawaii after four years; the promotion’s last show in Honolulu took place on September 22, 2019. The visit included tryouts for young recruits, publicised on social media with the tweet: Hawaii we are LIVE! 🤙WWE Tryouts have officially kicked off in The Aloha State! pic.twitter.com/VvAlMKQCzk

Opening-night main event billing saw Oba Femi defeat Bronson Reed after interference from The Vision; LA Knight and Penta intervened to repel that interference. Liv Morgan retained the Women’s World Championship against Stephanie Vaquer, and the event also featured Joe Hendry’s return as he defeated Rusev in Rusev’s first match in months.

Other first-night results included Sol Ruca winning a four-way against IYO SKY, Bayley and Lyra Valkyria, Raquel Rodriguez retaining the Women's Intercontinental Championship against Nia Jax, and Chad Gable successfully defending the Intercontinental Championship against Je’Von Evans and Ethan Page. Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee defeated JD McDonagh and Big Cass, while LA Knight and Penta challenged World Tag Team Champions Bron Breakker and Austin Theory, winning by disqualification but not capturing the titles.

A physical confrontation on night one involved The Usos and members of 946 (Bronco Nima and Lucien Price). Night two’s main event saw Oba Femi team with LA Knight and Penta to defeat The Vision in a six-man tag in which Bron Breakker escaped what was described as a horrific injury. On the second night Liv Morgan again retained the Women’s World Championship in a four-way against Stephanie Vaquer, Sol Ruca and IYO SKY, and Bayley beat Lyra Valkyria in a street fight match.

WWE presented the back-to-back Honolulu shows as more than two nights of programming, using the trip to connect with a market that had not seen a WWE show in four years, to showcase additional talent and to scout prospective future performers. The event roster also featured names listed as part of the tour, including Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, Jacob Fatu, Je’Von Evans, Joe Hendry, Sol Ruca and Roxanne Perez among others.

The October 19 edition of Monday Night Raw takes place tonight at the Pechanga Arena in San Diego, California.
