WWE NXT Halloween Havoc set for October 31 in Orlando with Danhausen hosting and Waller vs D’Angelo headline

WWE NXT will stage its Halloween Havoc special at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, on October 31, with Danhausen serving as host and Grayson Waller defending the NXT Championship against Tony D’Angelo.

The event will include two championship matches, multiple personal rivalries and the return of the Spin the Wheel, Make the Deal concept, with segments and matches originating from the WWE Performance Center. Tony D’Angelo secured his title opportunity by defeating Myles Borne in a No. 1 contender’s match on the October 13 episode, setting up the NXT Championship encounter.

Waller enters the match as champion while D’Angelo aims to reclaim the title; betting odds cited in build-up favor Waller but the reporting notes D’Angelo as a credible challenger. The promotion lists the NXT Championship defense among the main attractions for the Halloween Havoc card.

Kelani Jordan will defend her title against Wren Sinclair after Sinclair won a 20-woman battle royal while disguised as AAA star Lady Shani. Sinclair had been suspended following an attack on an official before NXT General Manager Robert Stone reinstated her and granted the championship opportunity.

Zilla Fatu will face Charlie Dempsey of BirthRight following a series of attacks by the faction after Fatu refused to join, during which his injured hand was repeatedly targeted; the match’s stipulation will be determined via the Spin the Wheel, Make the Deal format. Additional card items include NXT Women’s North American Champion Zaria in a non-title match against Izzi Dame, and a Weapons Wild match between former partners Myles Borne and Tavion Heights after a breakdown in their relationship and a string of attacks. Shiloh Hill will meet Naraku after Naraku used a mysterious mist to cost Hill an opportunity at the NXT North American Championship; the promotion presented that contest with the caption ".@shiloh_wwe squares off with @151012EVIL SATURDAY at #HalloweenHavoc! 🔥📺 7 ET/4 PT on @thecw pic.twitter.com/8c2lbIE2zD." Danhausen’s role in the build-up included involvement in determining the Weapons Wild stipulation.

WWE has announced additional appearances related to the NXT schedule surrounding Halloween Havoc: John Cena is confirmed for the November 4 episode, and Cody Rhodes will present the trophy to the winners of the 2026 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.
