On November 6, 2026, head coach Zinedine Zidane named a 23-player France squad for the UEFA Nations League 2026-27 group matches against Italy and Turkiye, scheduled for November 12 at the San Siro and November 15 at Bordeaux’s Stade Atlantique. The selection includes one first-time international call-up for Paris FC midfielder Pablo Pagis.

France top their group with 10 points from four matches, three clear of second-placed Italy, and Zidane has named his squad as Les Bleus seek maximum points from the two remaining fixtures to book a place in the quarter-finals under their new manager. This is Zidane’s second squad and it contains several recalled players alongside those retained from September, while a number of regulars miss out through injury.

The highest-profile newcomer is Pablo Pagis, a 23-year-old Paris FC midfielder whose Ligue 1 tally this season stands at two goals and one assist; the selection of Pagis was described in the announcement as the biggest selection decision made by Zidane. Pagis earns his maiden international call-up after his performances in domestic competition.

Several players were omitted because of injury: Ousmane Dembélé, Maghnes Akliouche, Jules Koundé, Maxence Lacroix, William Saliba, Manu Koné and Estéban Lepaul. Lepaul’s injury prompted the recall of Inter Milan forward Marcus Thuram, who had missed the previous squad.

Real Madrid teammates Ibrahima Konaté and Aurélien Tchouaméni, both absent from the September camp, have been recalled to the squad. Kylian Mbappé has been included after leaving the previous international camp midway due to a tendon injury, and Warren Zaïre-Emery and Malo Gusto, who were not selected or were rested previously, have also returned.

Players who received their first call-ups or made their international debuts in the prior squad have retained their places, namely Guillaume Restes, Andy Diouf, Jérémy Jacquet, Leny Yoro and Lucas Da Cunha. The full 23-player list is: Goalkeepers: Mike Maignan (AC Milan), Guillaume Restes (Toulouse), Robin Risser (Lens). Defenders: Andy Diouf (Inter Milan), Malo Gusto (Chelsea), Jérémy Jacquet (Liverpool), Pierre Kalulu (Juventus), Ibrahima Konaté (Real Madrid), Adrien Truffert (Bournemouth), Dayot Upamecano (Bayern Munich), Leny Yoro (Manchester United). Midfielders: Eduardo Camavinga (Real Madrid), Rayan Cherki (Manchester City), Lucas Da Cunha (Como), Adrien Rabiot (AC Milan), Aurélien Tchouaméni (Real Madrid), Warren Zaïre-Emery (PSG). Forwards: Bradley Barcola (Liverpool), Désiré Doué (PSG), Kylian Mbappé (Real Madrid), Michael Olise (Bayern Munich), Pablo Pagis (Paris FC), Marcus Thuram (Inter Milan).

France will play Italy on November 12 and Turkiye on November 15 in their final two group-stage matches of the UEFA Nations League 2026-27.
