Barcelona to host Aston Villa at Spotify Camp Nou in UCL Group Stage on November 3, 2026
On November 3, 2026, FC Barcelona are set to host Aston Villa at the Spotify Camp Nou in their fourth UEFA Champions League 2026-27 group-stage fixture.
Barcelona began the campaign positively but then suffered consecutive defeats to Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League and Real Madrid in LaLiga before returning to winning ways with a 6-1 league victory over Deportivo Alavés. The club have not kept a clean sheet in their last five matches, and Hansi Flick’s side will look to use the home setting as a confidence boost while aiming for a third European competition win this season.
Aston Villa arrive on a three-match winning run in the Champions League, having defeated Club Brugge, Fenerbahce and Viking FK in the competition. The Unai Emery-led side have failed to register victories in their last two domestic games, a sequence the report says could impact their momentum, and they face the additional challenge of playing away at the Camp Nou.
Teenager Lamine Yamal was central to Barcelona’s 6-1 win over Deportivo Alavés, scoring a brace and providing an assist in that match. In that game he recorded the most touches in the opposition box (14), the most shots (6) and the most dribbles (3); the report adds that Yamal “took control of the engine room and will now be looking to do so in the Champions League.”
Aston Villa’s Nicolas Jackson has scored in consecutive Premier League appearances and has three goals in this season’s Champions League, according to the preview. The 25-year-old is expected to start as the lone striker and the report states he will seek to trouble Barcelona’s defence.
The match pits a Barcelona side trying to shore up defensive issues and collect a third continental win against an Aston Villa team carrying Champions League momentum but without recent domestic victories. Coverage and further updates before and after the fixture are available from Khel Now, including on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and via their mobile apps.
Barcelona and Aston Villa will contest this fourth group-stage match at the Spotify Camp Nou, with Barcelona aiming for a third European win of the season and Aston Villa looking to extend their three-match Champions League winning streak.
