The BWF Hylo Open 2026, featuring leading singles seeds Anders Antonsen and PV Sindhu, will be played from October 27 to November 1 at the Saarlandhalle in Saarbrücken, Germany. The World Tour Super 500 event awards 9,200 BWF ranking points to each champion and carries a total prize pool of US$475,000.

The tournament will stage competition across all five disciplines and is expected to attract a strong field of international players. Denmark’s Anders Antonsen and India’s PV Sindhu are listed among the top seeds in the singles draws, with India’s Lakshya Sen and Ayush Shetty also named as players to watch in men’s singles. The doubles brackets will include leading combinations, with top-seeded pairs entered in men’s, women’s and mixed doubles. As a Super 500 event, the Hylo Open is positioned as an important opportunity for players to collect both ranking points and prize money.

A tournament winner in any discipline will receive 9,200 BWF ranking points and the runner-up earns 7,800 points. Semi-finalists are awarded 6,420 points while quarter-finalists take 5,040 points. Reaching the Last 16 yields 3,600 points, a Last 32 finish is worth 2,220 points, Last 64 participants receive 880 points and those exiting in the Last 128 earn 430 points.

The total prize fund for the Hylo Open 2026 is US$475,000. Men’s and women’s singles champions will each receive $37,500 while singles runners-up collect $19,000. Victorious pairs in men’s doubles, women’s doubles and mixed doubles will each be paid $39,500, with pairs finishing second receiving $19,000 apiece.

Prize money for later rounds is also specified: singles semi-finalists will earn $7,250 and doubles semi-finalists $7,000. Quarter-finalists take home $3,000 in singles and $3,625 per doubles pair. Players or pairs eliminated in the Last 16 will be awarded $1,750 in singles and $1,875 in doubles.

The organiser also provided local-currency equivalents: the $475,000 prize pool is listed as ₹4.51 crore. The singles champions’ payout of $37,500 is shown as ₹35.69 Lakh, and the winners’ sum in each doubles category of $39,500 is given as ₹37.49 lakh. The published figures underline the differential between singles and doubles champion payouts.
