India and Pakistan to meet in men's cricket gold at 2026 Asian Games

India and Pakistan will contest the men's cricket gold medal match at the 2026 Asian Games after India beat Sri Lanka by 124 runs in their semi-final on Thursday and Pakistan defeated Bangladesh by six wickets in their semi-final.

India are the defending men's cricket champions, having won the gold medal at the 2022 Asian Games in Hangzhou.
