India vs Malaysia Men's Kabaddi: Commonwealth Kabaddi Championship 2026 live streaming & telecast
India and Malaysia meet in a men's Commonwealth Kabaddi Championship 2026 fixture at the Veer Savarkar Sports Complex in Ahmedabad on Sunday, October 25, with a scheduled start at 8:30 PM IST. The match is part of Day 3 of the inaugural Commonwealth Kabaddi Championship 2026.
India have opened the tournament with two wins, beating England 46–26 on Day 1 and Uganda 44–30 on Day 2, but fans expect more from the Surjeet Singh-led side. The Indian team has looked off at times in defence, and the coaching staff have emphasised the need to be at their best in upcoming matches to lift the trophy in the inaugural edition.
India named Surjeet Singh (C) among a 14-player squad that includes Ajit Pawar, Parvesh Bhainswal, Shubham Shinde, Yogesh Dahiya and Nitesh Kumar. The group is completed by Deepak Sankar, Sachin Tanwar, Naveen Kumar, Pankaj Mohite, Aditya Shinde, Shivam Patare, Bharat Hooda and Neeraj Narwal.
Malaysia field a squad featuring Dhaanushruban Raveechandran, Isaac Alton Andrew, Madhava Naidu, Md Syaiful Firdaus and Nashwein Kumaran. Their roster also lists Navindran Subramaniam, Navinessh Ragunathen, Reynes Kumaar, Serankumar S Muniandy, Sivabalan Ravichandran, Suresh Seng, SVS Ganapathy and Vicram Ravidran; Malaysia have lost their opening two matches, against Uganda and Sri Lanka.
Star Sports Network holds the broadcasting rights for the Commonwealth Kabaddi Championship 2026 in India. Live streaming of the tournament is available on JioHotstar, and matches can also be viewed on the Star Sports YouTube channel.
A large win for India would put them in pole position to claim the top spot in Group A; Sri Lanka currently sit at the top of the group due to a better score difference. The India vs Malaysia result will therefore have a direct bearing on the Group A standings.
The India vs Malaysia men’s kabaddi match will take place on Sunday, October 25, starting at 8:30 PM IST at the Veer Savarkar Sports Complex in Ahmedabad.
