India's Jyothi Yarraji did not start the women's 100m hurdles at the Asian Games on September 26, 2026, because of pain.
Yarraji, a Hangzhou silver medallist, has a history of knee issues and had been included in the squad after fitness clearance.
The non-start followed her return from an ACL surgery in July 2025.
Nandhini Kongan advanced to the hurdles final, keeping some hopes alive for India.
