Roman Reigns retains, Tiffany Stratton cashes in at WWE Crown Jewel 2026 in Riyadh

WWE Crown Jewel 2026 took place on November 7 at The Venue (ANB Arena) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where Roman Reigns defeated Sami Zayn in the main event and Tiffany Stratton cashed in her Money in the Bank briefcase to pin Chelsea Green. The card also included a Last Man Standing match between Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton and a World Tag Team Championship defence.
The event featured two Crown Jewel Championship bouts, a Last Man Standing contest and a World Tag Team Championship defence, with Bron Breakker and Austin Theory of The Vision defending the tag straps against Penta and Je’Von Evans. Other advertised matches included Roman Reigns vs. Sami Zayn, Liv Morgan vs. Chelsea Green and Cody Rhodes vs. Randy Orton. Betting odds mentioned in coverage favoured Penta and Je’Von Evans to win the tag titles, and listed Reigns and Rhodes as favourites in their respective matches. Breakker and Theory’s loss ended a four-month title reign during which they had not defended the championships on television or at a PLE.
Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton battled through a violent Last Man Standing match that saw both men use weapons and the ringside area extensively; Orton hit the ring post and repeatedly back-dropped Rhodes onto the commentary desk, while Rhodes countered with a kendo stick and a garbage can. The pair exchanged a powerbomb through a table, an RKO, a superplex, Rhodes’ Cody Cutter and a ladder spot that sent Rhodes crashing through the commentary desk, with both surviving multiple ten-counts. Orton delivered a low blow to halt Rhodes at one stage, but Rhodes landed three consecutive Cross Rhodes, drove Orton’s head into the ring steps and finished with a punt that kept Orton down for the referee’s count to secure the victory.
Penta and Je’Von Evans pulled off an upset to win the World Tag Team Championship from The Vision after a chaotic encounter that featured ringside dives, a frog splash from Evans and repeated interference from Maxxine Dupri on behalf of Theory. Bronson Reed later appeared and attacked the challengers while the referee was distracted, but Oba Femi made a surprise return, running Reed over with a European uppercut and throwing him through a table. The distraction allowed Penta to strike Breakker; Penta then hit a Mexican Destroyer on Theory and Evans connected with the OG Cutter to pin Theory and claim the titles, ending Breakker and Theory’s four-month reign.
In the women’s sequence, Liv Morgan controlled large portions of her match with Chelsea Green using clotheslines, facebusters and multiple half crab submissions, while Green mounted a comeback with a superplex, a German suplex, a Rough Rider and two suicide dives. Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez briefly distracted Green at ringside before Morgan sent them away; Green then avoided Oblivion and secured a jackknife pin to win the Women’s Crown Jewel Championship. That victory was short-lived when Tiffany Stratton appeared with her Money in the Bank briefcase, accepted Green’s initial assistance, struck Green with the briefcase, delivered the Prettiest Moonsault Ever and pinned Green to become the new WWE Women’s Champion — Stratton’s second successful Money in the Bank cash-in.
The men’s Crown Jewel Championship match saw Sami Zayn shock Reigns early, sending him into the barricade and commentary desk and landing a Blue Thunder Bomb and an out-of-ring attack, while Reigns answered with clotheslines, a huge boot and a drive-by dropkick. Reigns unintentionally knocked the referee out with the aid of a Superman Punch; Zayn hit a Helluva Kick but could not secure a pin, and when Zayn tried to use the championship belt he was trapped by Reigns, who connected with several spears to finish the match. After the bout Zayn initially prevented Triple H from presenting the title but later offered a handshake, which Reigns accepted after a moment of hesitation.
The next WWE Premium Live Event listed following Crown Jewel is Survivor Series: WarGames on November 28, 2026, in Houston, Texas.
