Youremanorborne and Enrich impressed when the horses were exercised in Pune on Tuesday (Aug. 25) morning. The session produced timed works across 600m, 800m, 1,000m, 1,200m and 1,400m and included gate practice on the inner sand.

At 600m, Time And Tide (Ramswarup) 39 and Treasure Gold (T.S. Jodha) 42; Time And Tide "Moved fluently" while Treasure Gold was described as "Easy." In the 800m series, Starseed (T.S. Jodha) and Appalachian (Omkar) recorded 53 with a 600/38 split, were "urged and ended level," and Shamabala (T.S. Jodha) posted 51, 600/38 and "Moved well." Golden Heart (Gore) 52, 600/39 "Moved well."

Daredevil (S.J. Sunil) and Abhyankar (Vishal) were timed 54, 600/40 with the former finishing three lengths ahead; Marcus (Avinash) recorded 53, 600/39 and was "Urged."

Yourmanorborne (S Kamble), paired with Caspian (C.S. Jodha), worked 1-19 for 1,200m with sectional times 1000/1-5, 800/51, 600/39; the former "started three lengths behind and easily finished level." Enrich (Yash) covered 1,400m in 1-35 with intermediates 1200/1-20, 1000/1-5, 800/51, 600/39 and "Responded well to the urgings."

Gate practice on the inner sand over 1,000m featured Satori (P. Dhebe), Luna (D.A. Naik), Tonto (Parmar) and Kemosabi (rb) at 1-9 with 800/53, 600/40; Satori finished two lengths ahead of Luna, who finished two lengths ahead of Tonto, while the last-named finished far behind. Ironheart (Prasad) and Villanelle (app) recorded 1-9, 800/54, 600/40 and "moved level freely," and Heaven’s Rhythm (S.J. Sunil) was 1-11, 800/56, 600/43 and "Moved freely."
