English all-rounder Lamb has been forced to retire from cricket at age 30 after sustaining a neck and spinal cord injury.

He suffered a disc herniation in his neck earlier this season that led to a spinal cord injury and underwent surgery last month.

After taking medical advice, the right-arm bowler decided to retire for the sake of his long-term health.
