Fitness concerns over Prasidh Krishna and Harshit Rana delay India’s New Zealand squad selection

Prasidh Krishna and Harshit Rana's fitness has delayed India's team selection for the tour of New Zealand, the Times of India reports, after Krishna reported to the Centre of Excellence following his walkout from the second ODI against the West Indies in Guwahati on Sept 30.

TOI understands Krishna was given a three-week timeline upon reporting to the CoE.

Seam-bowling allrounder Harshit Rana, who has been at the CoE since July, is expected to undergo a return-to-play match simulation on June 25, and the ODI and Test squads are expected to fly out on Oct 28 with the ODI series scheduled to start on Nov 4.
