WWE Raw (Aug. 24, 2026): Breakker and Oba Femi to sign SNME contract; Vaquer vs Roxanne Perez and World Heavyweight semis scheduled
The August 17 edition of Monday Night Raw at the KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York featured an attack on Stephanie Vaquer by the Judgment Day led by Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan, Big Cass assaulting Je’Von Evans, and Solo Sikoa refusing to join the Bloodline by attacking Roman Reigns and The Usos after teaming with LA Knight.
Rey Fenix and Dragon Lee advanced with first-round victories in the World Heavyweight Championship #1 Contender’s Tournament, while Chad Gable defeated Rey Mysterio to retain the Intercontinental title; WWE has since announced multiple matches and segments for the August 24 show in Ottawa.
WWE confirmed that Bron Breakker and Oba Femi, who are booked to meet at Sunday Night’s Main Event next month, will participate in a contract signing segment on next week’s Raw.
Stephanie Vaquer, who was recently attacked by the Judgment Day, is scheduled to face Roxanne Perez in singles competition next week; the match will be Vaquer’s first since WrestleMania 42 following her return a few weeks earlier.
The World Heavyweight Championship #1 Contender’s Tournament will resume with semifinal matches next week, with Penta facing La Parka in one semifinal and Rey Fenix meeting Dragon Lee in the other, the winners advancing to the tournament final.
Next week’s episode of Monday Night Raw will air two hours earlier than usual at 6 PM ET/3 PM PT because WWE will pre-tape an episode of SmackDown after the show, and the August 24 broadcast will be live from the Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa, Ontario.
Sunday Night’s Main Event is scheduled for Sunday, September 6, 2026 at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, and WWE has announced that the 2026 edition of Money in the Bank is set for October 10, 2026 at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.
